He has a highly successful track record of implementing business transformation and customer experience programs in a global business environment. He is widely recognised and respected for process improvement and customer centric perspective, with emphasis on effective communication at all levels.
Sachin started his Lean Six Sigma journey with GE Medical System in 2001. Sachin has experience of working in different cultures (USA, India, UK, Continental Europe and Australia), and industries (Manufacturing, Service, Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, Retail, Media and IT) which gives him unique advantage of managing and working with diverse teams.
Sachin strongly believes in and work towards instilling the DNA of continuous improvement within the business, which in turn can make continuous improvement as part of day-to-day business rather than an additional effort for making things better.
Sachin holds a B.S. in Electrical & Computer science from National Institute of Technology, India. In addition to Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification, Sachin is experienced, and trained in Target Operating Model (TOM), NPS, ODI, LEAN, Prince II, and CAP (Change Acceleration Process), which provide proven tools for any business transformation program.
