Additionally, she has hands on and practical experience turning data and analytics into insightful action as a competitive advantage for business success.
In her 10-year career at GE Healthcare, Ruchi led global initiatives that resulted in multi-million dollar operational savings and significant cycle time improvements, including the re-engineering and re-platforming of a $4B service and parts business. At Nielsen, she led workforce optimization, operational improvement, digitization and acquisition integration programs, enabling > 50MM annual run cost savings. Most recently Ruchi was responsible for driving digital HR transformation and workflow optimization impacting 40K+ associates across 100 countries at Nielsen.
Ruchi holds an MBA in International Business from Marquette University and Master of Science in Statistics from IIT Kanpur India. She is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Additionally, over her career she has received extensive corporate executive training including Change Leadership, Strategic Innovation, Negotiation Strategies and Leading High Performing teams. Ruchi is a board member for the Water and Wastewater Authority of Collier County Fl. She focuses on the operational and financial aspects for the governing body.
