Jennifer has over 20 years of professional experience, spanning corporate functions such as Information Technology, Product Development, and Operations. In her 12-year tenure at Nielsen, Jennifer led global teams at Nielsen responsible for driving Performance Excellence, including Business Process Improvement, Program and Change Management, Performance Metrics, Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, and Product Development in Emerging Technologies. In these roles, Jennifer partnered closely with Nielsen’s global leadership team to drive a unified focus on critical priorities with a consistent approach to drive operational and organizational excellence, delivering an annual ROI exceeding 10X.
Having started her career as an Accountant, Jennifer quickly shifted into Financial Systems and then spent nearly 10 years consulting in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, designing solutions for numerous Fortune 100 companies; she also mentored new consultants and led consulting teams in a client service role. She started and ran her own consulting practice which ultimately folded into a start-up that was acquired by Nielsen in 2007.
In everything she does, Jennifer brings a commitment to excellence in execution, a passion for helping talent grow, along with a sense of calm courage and forward-thinking creativity. Jennifer’s leadership and programs are industry recognized and she speaks at industry conferences on the topics of learning deployment, leadership development, transformational program deployment, portfolio management, and change management.
Jennifer graduated from Florida State University with undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Entrepreneurship; she completed a graduate program at Georgia State University, earning a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems. While at Nielsen, Jennifer became a certified Master Black Belt; in addition, she holds certifications as a Black Belt from American Society for Quality, a Change Management Practitioner, Scrum Master, and Scrum Product Owner. She holds two patents for research methodologies to monitor telecommunication service subscriber activity.
