Bob has over 15 years of consulting and corporate experience, spanning corporate functions such as production, supply chain, operations, and continuous improvement. Bob started his Operational Excellence journey as a Black Belt with Kraft Foods in 2011. He joined Peacock Engineering in 2014 and was an instrumental designer and implementer of Peacock’s Lean Transformation Journey and the Peacock Production System. From the first to the second year, Bob’s facility saw a fourfold increase in year over year productivity savings and put 25% of the skilled labor workforce through their first kaizen and lean training.
Bob has been a sought-after expert in evaluating and optimizing organizations’ supply chain practices and ERP utilization. He has also developed and implemented Total Productive Maintenance and machine training programs for clients in order to increase capability and ownership amongst their floor personnel. His continuous improvement engagements have resulted in significant operational and cost improvements.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Brandeis University (Waltham, MA, USA), a Performer’s Certificate in Clarinet Performance from Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD, USA) and a Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (IL. USA). He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
